A doctor’s prescription or referral is not required for treatment; however, some insurance providers may require one for coverage. *Most Veterans Affairs, RCMP, and Canadian Forces claims require a physician’s prescription and/or prior authorization. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
2. Is There Parking On The Premises? Yes, our location has free parking and wheelchair accessible parking in front of the clinic.
4. Do You Direct Bill To Insurance Providers? We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. Coverage requirements vary by policy, so please confirm details with your insurer. For questions about third-party payment for appointments, please contact the clinic directly.
