We'd like to welcome you to our Physiotherapy and Massage clinic and give you brief tour of our space and what to expect for your appointment.
We are located in Moncton's North End at 1909 Mountain Road, Unit 10. There is plenty of parking in front of the clinic for your use.
You can book an appointment online at maxmoncton.ca or you can call (506) 388-1333 to speak with one of our wonderful staff who will answer any of your questions and schedule your appointment for you.
After booking your appointment you will receive an intake form via email to complete. If you would rather not complete by email you can arrive a few minutes early to your appointment and complete the intake forms on paper.
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff. They will direct you to either wait in the waiting room or you will be placed directly into your treatment room.
For your comfort and privacy, all of our treatment rooms are private, individual rooms.
For your initial physiotherapy appointment you can expect to be at the clinic for approximately one hour. Follow ups are generally 30 minutes. Massage Therapy is typically booked for 60 minutes.
We have 3 physiotherapists and 4 massage therapists. We have bilingual staff, so please feel free to request the treatment in your preferred language at the time of booking.
We have a small gym area at the clinic which may be used for demonstrating your exercises, watching you walk or perform certain movements at your assessment.
Typically, you will have individualized prescribed exercises to follow at home. These will be demonstrated and an exercise sheet will be printed to follow at home.
